Peroni Honey at the Second Russian Gastronomic Week in Spain
The 2nd Russian Gastronomic Week took place at the end of November in two Spanish cities Madrid and Barcelona. The event was organised as a part of Russia-Spain year of tourism.
Spanish gourmands got to learn the traditions of the Kuban, Volga region, Dagestan and St. Petersburg cuisine. Most of the Spanish guests loved Russian desserts, especially the Honey-Souffle.
