This flavour is a blend of Central Asian honeys originated in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. Gathered from flowers of the White Cotton, Camelthorn and Accurai (Psoralea), those honeys have a light colour as it is, and being kneed they become even lighter – pure white.
